How to share videos and audios via link

You can share your video, audio and image files with your clients in three ways: via link, embed or email. You can also set advanced link sharing and privacy options here.

Videos and folder links can be shared with your clients in two simple ways:

  1. Use the Copy Link button from the drop-down More menu.

  1. Navigate inside the media viewer or folder and click the Copy Link button from the top navigation bar.


If you want your clients to directly preview or download your images and videos, you can share the direct link to your videos. Here is how you can do this:

  1. To get a direct previewable link, append a "+  " to the end of the URL copied using the copy link button. For example:
https://jmp.sh//abcd+
  1. To get a direct download link that bypasses the Jumpshare video viewer, append a "-  " to the end of the URL. For example:
https://jmp.sh/abcd-
  1. Alternatively, to obtain a direct link in the Jumpshare Desktop app, hover over your video and click the "More" dropdown menu. From there, you can easily copy the direct link to your video.

Please note that direct links only work for images, videos, GIFs, and audio files.
