How to disable download for my file?

Customize who gets to view and download your files. Available on  Jumpshare Plus  and  Business

You can disable downloads for your files while you're sharing them.

1. To disable download for files shared via link, just click on the Share button at the top right of the viewer, or from the cogwheel menu.
2. Under the Advanced link tab, select Disable download. 
3. Generate Link.
4. Click Copy link button to copy the advance link generated and Share it with your clients.
5. Alternatively, to disable download for files shared via email, under the Send tab in the share box, just check Disable download option. Its that easy!

 📌 Usually, the file viewer contains the option of downloading shared files. If you disable downloads, Jumpshare will not offer that option in the viewer.
