How to Collect Leads With Your Shared Videos

A lead is a potential customer who shares their contact details with you. Jumpshare Lead Capture helps you collect their details right from your videos. It’s a quick and effective way to turn video engagement into qualified leads. (Available on Jumpshare Business and Jumpshare Enterprise).


Here’s how you can set it up:

  1. Log into Jumpshare and open your video in the file viewer.
  2. Click the Lead Capture icon in the right-side panel.
  3. In the Lead Capture settings panel, customize the form:
    • Appearance – choose when it should appear: at the start, mid-video, or at the end.
    • Title (required) – add a clear headline that speaks to your audience.
    • Description – explain why you’re collecting their details (e.g., “Enter your email to receive the full product guide”).
    • Form fields (at least one required) – select from Name, Email, Phone Number.
    • Call to action button text (required) – use a call-to-action like “Get Started” or “Book a Demo”.
    • CTA button and text color – match the button and text to your brand style.
  4. Decide whether viewers can skip the form or if completion is mandatory before watching.
  5. Click Save, then share the video link with your prospects and clients.


How to View Collected Leads:

Once you’ve shared your videos and viewers start submitting their details, you’ll receive both an email and a bell notification when the first lead is collected.

To view all the leads for a specific video:

  1. Open the video and click View Stats from the More menu in the file viewer’s top bar.
  2. Select the Leads tab.
  3. From here, you can:
    • View all collected leads anytime.
    • Download leads as a CSV file for use in your CRM, email campaigns, or follow-ups.
