Create a text document

Once you record a video or audio using the Jumpshare desktop app, AI Actions automatically generates structured content from the transcription. You can select from multiple templates, including:

• Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Step-by-Step Guides
• QA Steps
• Pull Request Descriptions
• Code Documentation for Developers

You can also manually edit AI-generated content, giving you more control and flexibility.

Log a task

AI Actions converts your Jumpshare videos into ready-to-use tasks on your preferred task management platform. It automatically generates task details from your video content, making issue tracking simple and efficient.

Each task includes:

• A clear title
• Concise description
• Step-by-step reproduction steps
• Video link for reference

To create tasks, you need to connect Jumpshare to your preferred platform (Asana, Jira, Linear, Monday.com, or Trello) with a one-time setup.

Here is how you log issues using AI Actions:

1. Record your video with the Jumpshare Desktop app. Once the video uploads, head to the Jumpshare file viewer and click AI Actions.
2. Select Task, choose your platform and click Link button.
3. Grant access to Jumpshare with your selected platform.
4. AI Actions will auto-fill the Project, Type, and Priority. Review the task details, make any changes, and click Create Task.
5. You’ll be redirected to the newly created task on your project platform.

Craft a message

With AI Actions, you can instantly generate professional messages when sharing your Jumpshare videos. Here’s how it can help:
