How to Make Annotated and Time-Stamped Comments in Jumpshare?

Jumpshare allows you to leave comments with video time-stamps and annotations so that you can leave precise feedback on videos. This feature is available on Jumpshare Plus and Business plan.

1. Upload your video to Jumpshare and open it in the file viewer.

2. When you're ready to add a comment, click on "Leave a comment." The video will pause at the current timestamp.

   
   

   

3. Type your comment in the text box that appears. You can also add an annotation to the comment at this point.
4. Use the @ symbol to mention people by name or email if needed.
5. Click "Post" to add your comment or "Cancel" to discard it.
6. Once posted, a colored indicator will appear on the comment icon in the seekbar, showing an annotation is attached.
7. To view the comment and its annotation, click the comment icon on the seekbar at the specific time.
