How to Embed a Jumpshare Video in WordPress

Learn how to easily embed a Jumpshare video into your WordPress page with these simple steps. Whether you prefer using the Embed Block or the Embed Code, we’ve got you covered!


Please note that the Jumpshare Embed feature is available on Jumpshare Plus and higher plans.

Method 1: Using the Embed Block

  1. Copy the Video URL:

    • Open the Jumpshare video you want to embed. The video URL should look something like this:

      https://jumpshare.com/v/video_code

    • Copy the URL from your browser’s address bar.
  2. Open Your WordPress Page:
    • Go to the page or post where you want to embed the video in your WordPress site.
    • Make sure you're in the Block Editor (also called Gutenberg).
  3. Add the Embed Block:
    • In the editor, click the Add Block button (the plus sign).
    • Search for the Embed block and select it.
  4. Paste the Video URL:
    • Paste the Jumpshare video URL that you copied earlier into the Embed block.
    • Click Embed, and the video will automatically appear on your page.

Method 2: Using the Embed Code

  1. Get the Embed Code from Jumpshare:
    • On your Jumpshare video page, click the Share button.
    • Then, click on the Embed option.
    • Customize the embed settings if needed (e.g., size, player controls).
    • Copy the Embed Code.
  2. Open Your WordPress Page:
    • Go to the WordPress page or post where you want to embed the video.
  3. Add a Custom HTML Block:
    • Click on the Add Block button in WordPress.
    • Search for and select the Custom HTML block.
  4. Paste the Embed Code:
    • Paste the embed code you copied from Jumpshare into the Custom HTML block.
  5. Preview the Embed:
    • Click Preview to see how the video will appear.
    • Once you're satisfied, click Publish or Update to save your changes.
