What Happens to My Files When I Cancel My Jumpshare Plus Account?

When you downgrade your Jumpshare Plus account, here's what happens:

File Retention:

  • We retain only 2GB of your earliest uploaded files.
  • Any files exceeding the 2GB limit will be permanently removed from our servers and cannot be recovered.
  • To avoid data loss, make sure you back up your files before downgrading.

Loss of Plus Features:

  • Features such as file analytics, self-destruct timers, password protection for locked files, and scheduled shares will no longer be available.
  • All associated data for these features will be deleted.

By downgrading, your account will transition to the free plan, which includes limited storage and features. Ensure that your files and feature-related data are backed up or exported before canceling your Plus subscription.
