Are there any limits when sharing files via email?

Each of our plans has a different hourly sending limit in place for emails.

  • Free users: 1 recipient per email, up to 10 emails per hour.
  • Jumpshare Plus users: 10 recipients per email, up to 20 emails per hour.
  • Jumpshare Business users: 20 recipients per email, up to 30 emails per hour.
  • Jumpshare Enterprise users: 30 recipients per email, up to 30 emails per hour.
  • Business & Enterprise trial users: 1 recipient per email, up to 20 emails per hour.

What happens if I exceed this limit?

If you exceed the sending limit for your plan, your account will be added to our email blacklist. This will prevent you from sending any more emails.

I accidentally exceeded my sending limit. What should I do?

  1. Visit Jumpshare using your web browser and sign in if you haven't already.
  2. Click the Request Whitelist button within the persistent alert at the top of the web dashboard.

What is the purpose of this limit?

We put sending limits in place for emails as a preventive measure against malicious actors who would use our service to send mass emails. Such bulk email campaigns have the potential to be perceived as spam, which can in turn harm our sending IP and domain reputation.
