How to connect Jumpshare to Slack and customize channel notifications

To help you keep track of activity within your personal and team workspaces, Jumpshare offers direct integration with Slack. Once set up, Slack integration will allow you to receive notifications of new views, uploads, downloads, comments, mentions, and Inbox files in a Slack channel or Direct Message thread of your choice.

You can connect Jumpshare to Slack and set up these notifications in a few simple steps.

How to connect your Jumpshare workspace to Slack

1. Sign in to Jumpshare through your web browser.

2. From the top-left corner, switch to the workspace you wish to connect to Slack.

Note: Any user can connect their personal workspace to Slack but only Owners and Admins can set up Slack integration for team workspaces.

3. From the left sidebar, select Settings, then Workspace.

4. Switch to the Integrations tab.

5. Click the Connect button beside Slack. This will take you to the Slack website.

6. Sign in to Slack if you haven't already. Choose a Slack workspace and channel, then click the Allow button at the bottom.

Your chosen Jumpshare and Slack workspaces are now connected. You may click the Disconnect button beside Slack on this page at any time, provided you are an Owner or Admin of the workspace.
