How do I change my password?

1. Open the Jumpshare web app and click on Settings at the bottom of the sidebar.
2. Select Personal settings.
3. Once Account settings are open, click on the blue Change button next to your password and update your new password.

Can I change my password if I don’t have access to the email address associated with my account?

Oh, yes. Although we'd advise you to change your associated email as well through your personal settings to ease any future issues.
