Emails from Jumpshare are not arriving in my Inbox

This may be happening due to two reasons.

  1. You might need to whitelist main Jumpshare domains at your corporate firewall to view and receive files. To make Jumpshare work properly in your office, you'll need to whitelist the main domain, along with its subdomains. For the email provider, please whitelist the following three domains to receive emails from and through Jumpshare:
