My video is taking a long time to process

Sometimes, but only sometimes, a video might take a long time to process after upload or editing for one of three reasons.

1. This can happen if your video is really large, so uploading and processing may be taking a bit of time.
2. The second reason occurs more rarely still, and it could be that our servers are system is under an unusually heavy load.
3. Finally, it can be that it's because your video isn't in MP4 format. Videos in other formats may take longer with Jumpshare because while we play MP4 videos in our viewer natively, other formats are converted before they can be viewed.
