I can't hear any sound on my recording

Your microphone may have been disabled.

  1. Open the Jumpshare recording window.
  2. Check if the little microphone icon at the right is blue. Blue means audio is enabled.
  3. If it isn't, then click the icon and select a microphone from the list that appears.
