I can't hear any sound on my Jumpshare recordings.
If you or your clients can't hear any audio during a recording, it's likely that your microphone or system audio is disabled. Here’s a quick guide on how to enable and select the microphone for recording with Jumpshare:
- To begin, launch the Jumpshare application on your device.
- Next, click on the recording icon and choose the specific area of your screen that you want to capture.
- Then, click on the microphone icon located on the recording toolbar.
- From the microphone dropdown menu, select the microphone you intend to use (e.g., built-in or external) or select the none option.
- Finally, from the same menu, enable the system audio option to record your meetings along with audio input from your mic.
