How do I change my Jumpshare plan?

1. Open the Jumpshare web app and click on Settings on the bottom left of the window.
2. Select Workspace and then click on the Billing tab.
3. Scroll to the section titled Your Plus/Business Account, and then click on Change Plan.
4. Choose the plan you want to use in the future.

What will change if I downgrade my plan?

Not much will change in terms of how the app appears to you, but users will have to back up files before downgrading to not lose them due to lesser storage options in their new plans.

What happens when I cancel my Business plan?

When you cancel your Business plan, you’re given a choice to downgrade to the Jumpshare Plus or Jumpshare Basic plan. All team members are downgraded to the Basic plan automatically.
