How long can my video recording be?

Find out what video lengths Jumpshare allows users here. 

Jumpshare Basic users get 1 minute and 30 seconds of video recording in 720p quality with Jumpshare. Plus and Business users get unlimited recording length if their video stays under the maximum upload limit of 20 GB and 1000 GB respectively.

📌 You must note that the Jumpshare viewer can only preview recordings up to 6 GB in size.

Can I record in higher quality than 720p?

Jumpshare Plus and Business users can use Jumpshare to record in Ultra HD quality. Jumpshare Basic users get to record in 720p and need to upgrade to record in higher resolutions.
